Pennie, Business Manager

I joined Dr. Cheng’s staff in 1997 and function as her business manager.  I believe passionately that highly qualified staff and effective office systems smooth the pathway for our patients’ journey to dental health. So, my focus is on contributing to staff excellence, job satisfaction, and continuing education so that our patients can feel comfortable knowing they are in a very competent, informed, and nurturing environment.

And who wouldn't want to work in Issaquah! We are surrounded by wonderful shops and a variety of restaurants, all neatly tucked in the foothills of the Cascade mountain range and the entrance to Snoqualmie pass.
